Who looks after your data

Novatrix SRL, incorporated in Costa Rica, is the data controller for Dazard Casino and decides how and why your data is used. We have a Data Protection Officer who answers questions about this policy and about your data.

What we collect

We collect identity details such as your name, date of birth and ID numbers, contact details and proof of address, financial and transaction details, your gaming activity, and technical data such as your IP address, browser and device. Our website is only for people aged 18 and over.

Why we use it

We use your data to run your account and payments, to verify your identity, to meet anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling duties, to prevent fraud and bonus abuse, to improve our service and, with your consent, to send you offers.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with game providers, payment providers, identity and fraud check services, communication and support tools, and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it. Third parties may use your data only for the purpose we give them.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as we need it. Because of anti-money-laundering rules, some data must be kept for at least five years after an account is closed.

Your rights
